Richard J. Mills, Of Counsel

Richard J. Mills, now of counsel, graduated from the University of Pittsburgh (B.B.A. '61) and its School of Law (J.D. '66). Mr. Mills has been a trial lawyer in Pittsburgh, and throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, since 1967. In 1991, he established Richard J. Mills & Associates, which in May of 1997 became Mills & Henry, a partnership. His trial practice has involved the defense in civil cases with emphasis on the trucking industry, products liability, insurance coverage, and general casualty. Mr. Mills also engaged in municipal law practice as Solicitor for the Moon Township Municipal Authority and the Moon Transportation Authority. Mills & Henry continues to represent these Authorities.
